Too High to Die? - Nadya Suleman a.k.a. “Octomom” Reckless Behavior Includes Narcotics and “Medical” Marijuana

Only two days after Nadya Suleman left rehab for addiction to Xanax she went to obtain a “medical” marijuana card.  Looking back, we have seen Suleman swear she would not do porn, holding on to whatever dignity she had left.  But soon after the money ran out, she threw her dignity out the window to take care of her 14 kids and she began allowing people to take semi-naked photographs of her.  Back then, Dr. Drew interviewed her asking her “Do you think you’re headed in the right direction here?  What’s next?  Porn?”  Even though she swore there would be no porn, a short while later, Suleman, who studied psychology in college, accepted an offer do perform in a porn movie called “Octomom, Home Alone,” a move she later called “empowering.”

In the meantime, her hair dresser accused her of child abuse and she is struggling to make ends meet and is constantly being pushed around by landlords and the media.  I the interim, she somehow also managed to get addicted to the heavy sedative sleep aid Xanax, known on the street as “the sleep of death.”

Rehab was either ineffective or some crazy quack recommended she try harm reduction by ingesting marijuana.  Either way, America is watching a downward spiral that appears to have a tragic end.  By seeing this latest display of burned outdruggie behavior however, it’s clear Suleman thinks she is “too high to die.”

14 kids struggle being raised by a mother who herself refuses to grow up, teaching her kids that being a reckless addict is more important that finding a sane way to a life worth living.  Unfortunately for the kids, they are now under the care of an addict, resistant to treatment.  Reality is a very sad thing in this situation.  I am sickened by it all and hope it does not continue.
